I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, and sleep difficulties, using a structured and collaborative approach that combines practical tools with deeper therapeutic work. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in understanding how the mind and body respond to stress, helping clients shift these patterns in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
